Health magazine's January/February 2007 issue features several healthy recipes that look really good (and easy to make). The recipe for Banana Cream Pie caught my eye when they featured it for breakfast. It's kind of like yogurt with granona and fruit, but calling it Banana Cream Pie makes is sound so much better.
The key to this is a good tasting vanilla yogurt, so make sure you get one you like. Their recipe calls for whole-grain graham crackers so I used regular low-fat honey graham crackers and it still tasted yummy.
